How Can I Get My Own Customers List?

You can reach to your "Customer List" as follows:

1. Open your account on MNASATI, After logging in via your email and password.

 2. From the Left Side Menu: navigate to "Customers", and click on the "Customers" button.

3. After that, you can click on "Export to Excel" to get a full list of your customers.

4.  After that, go to "Reports" and then click on "Downloads"

4. A list of all exports made from your platform's control panel will appear. You'll find the most recent export at the top of the list. Click "Download" from the "Options" menu, and the file will be downloaded to your device.

*Note: the difference between the "Gustomers" & the "Guest" is that "The Customers" is a customer who signed up and has an active account to your store, and "Guests" is a customer who makes orders without having an account to your store.
