How to Use Customer Wallet?

MNASATI gives you the opportunity for your customers to use Customer Wallet to make the payment method easier to follow.

Why is it useful for the vendor also?
The Vendor can take an advantage from this option for marketing business such as encouraging the costumer to buy by give them some money gifts. Also the vendor can use it as another option to refund the cancelled orders  then he can't lose any customer

 To use this feature:

1 Log in to your account using your email and password,

2. From the Left Side Menu, navigate to Customers >Customers

3. Click on Add Balance option

4. After the'' Add Balance'' interface appear to you

Fill the information about choosing the customer, amount, Expiry Date, any notes and if you want to notify costumer and by what  

5. Then click to save
